User Agreement

1. Permitted Use — Your Own Accounts Only
RealMail Pro provides disposable email inboxes strictly for your own personal or business use: registering accounts that belong to you, subscribing to newsletters, receiving trial or product notifications, and testing applications that you own or are authorised to test. You may only use a generated inbox for messages that are lawfully addressed to you.
2. Strictly Prohibited Uses
You must NOT use RealMail Pro to access, recover, verify, or take over any account that does not belong to you; to intercept messages intended for another person; to impersonate any individual, brand, or organisation; to create bulk or fake accounts on third-party platforms; or to commit fraud, phishing, spam, harassment, or any activity that violates the Terms of Service of a third-party platform or any applicable law. Violation results in immediate, permanent termination without refund, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
3. No Affiliation
RealMail Pro is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Microsoft, Meta, or any other email or platform provider. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
4. Subscription Rules
Premium access is granted upon successful payment verification. Subscriptions are valid for the duration of the selected plan and do not auto-renew. Sharing of accounts is prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
5. Payments Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are final and non-refundable once a subscription is activated. Please review the plan details before purchasing, and contact our live support team if you experience any service issue.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the security of your credentials, the lawful use of generated inboxes, and compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You agree to indemnify RealMail Pro against any third-party claims arising from your use of the service.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this agreement, abuse the service, or are involved in fraudulent payment activity. Terminated accounts lose access without compensation.
8. Abuse Reporting
If you believe an inbox on this service is being used to access an account that is not the user's own, or for any other prohibited purpose, report it through the Contact page. We investigate every report and remove offending accounts.
9. Security Requirements
You must use a strong password and report any unauthorized access immediately. We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials caused by user negligence.
10. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may be scheduled with prior notice.
11. Legal Compliance
This agreement is governed by applicable international and local law. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in the jurisdiction of the service provider.
12. Changes
We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
