1. Scope of the Service
RealMail Pro provides disposable email inboxes intended solely for a user's own accounts, newsletter subscriptions, and application testing. The service must never be used to access, recover, or intercept messages for accounts belonging to someone else. Inboxes reported or detected as being used for another person's account are terminated immediately, and the associated data is removed.
2. Data Collection
We collect minimal information needed to operate the service: your email address, authentication credentials, payment verification screenshots, and usage logs for generated temporary inboxes. We do not collect personal browsing data, contacts, or device identifiers beyond what is technically required.
3. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest using industry-standard AES-256. Row Level Security policies enforce strict access control to every database table. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt; we never store them in plaintext. Payment screenshots are stored in a private, signed-URL bucket inaccessible to other users.
4. Cookies
We use only essential cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not deploy advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. Session tokens are stored using HTTP-only mechanisms where possible.
5. User Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights contact our support team. Account deletion is processed within 7 business days and permanently removes all associated data.
6. Account Management
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We recommend strong, unique passwords. Suspicious activity should be reported immediately.
7. Payment Processing
Crypto and JazzCash payments are verified manually by our team. Payment screenshots are retained only for the verification window and audit purposes. We do not store credit card data.
8. Data Retention
Generated inboxes and their contents are deleted automatically 24 hours after assignment. Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account and 30 days after deletion for legal compliance.
9. Third Parties
We do not sell or share user data with third parties for marketing. Service providers (hosting, email infrastructure) operate under strict confidentiality agreements. RealMail Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Microsoft, Meta, or any other provider.
